Yawn. That's how I would describe the street style from Day 1 of NYFW. Sure there weren't any high-profile shows for Dia Numero Uno, but I still thought I'd see better looks from the industry's elite. I was wrong. I did manage to scrape together a few that I found interesting. My favorite look was from Alexa Chung (duh, I'm obsessed with her). I loved her look not because it was the most fashionable, but because she literally looked like she rolled out of bed and headed to see some shows. When you're her, you can do that. One of the many reasons that I want to be her.
On a different note, it'ssssss FRIDAY. Get crazy folks.
